Ray versions prior to 2.52.0 allow unauthenticated remote code execution via the job submission API at /api/jobs/. A weak User-Agent heuristic (rejecting Mozilla-prefixed headers) can be bypassed by non-browser clients, enabling arbitrary command execution when the dashboard is network-reachable.
Anyscale Ray 2.6.3 and 2.8.0 allows a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code via the job submission API. NOTE: the vendor's position is that this report is irrelevant because Ray, as stated in its documentation, is not intended for use outside of a strictly controlled network environment

The Ray Dashboard API is affected by a Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) vulnerability in the url parameter of the /log_proxy API endpoint. The API does not perform sufficient input validation within the affected parameter and any HTTP or HTTPS URLs are accepted as valid.
